Group Booking Information
Thank you for choosing Restaurant Assiette for your function. In order to ensure all our guests enjoy their time with us it is necessary for us to attain all details of group bookings in advance. Please take the time to read through the following guidelines.

We consider a group booking to be 9 or more people. The largest group we can accommodate is 20 people. Anything larger will require an exclusive book-out of the restaurant. Please refer below for further details.
Non – Exclusive Event
Groups of 9 people or more are offered a choice between the 2 following menus (priced per person)
- 3 course set menu $85
- 8 course set menu $105
All non-exclusive group bookings are subject to 10% service charge of the total bill.
Cancellation Policy
Confirmation of numbers is required 24 hours prior to the event. Any reduction in numbers after confirmation will result in a $50pp cancellation fee.
Exclusive Event
Groups of 20 or more will need to book the restaurant exclusively. This is subject to availability and requires a minimum spend of:
- Monday – Thursday $6500
- Friday & Sunday $8000
- Saturday $9000
All exclusive group bookings are subject to 10% service charge of the total bill.
Maximum capacity is 80 people for a stand-up cocktail function and 60 for a sit down dinner. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the minimum spend is required 2 weeks prior to the event.
This only applies for exclusive group bookings.
